In the First Module: AGILITY, we will learn the basic concepts of AGILITY, the need to adapt to the customer, always focused on learning and continuous improvement in order to scale and sustain change.
We will talk bout the AGILE MANIFESTO and its 12 principles (simplified) and also about two Agile Methodologies: SCRUM and KANBAN, and their roles, stages, etc.
Leadership in the Digital Age
In the second module: LEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF CHANGE, we will discover that INNOVATIONis a fundamental piece to transform organizations.
And therefore, leaders have to be able to learn to be encouraged, while crises “come and go.”
We will discuss the different leadership skills for the digital age, and the tools that can facilitate change in leadership styles.

In the Third Module: SKILLS FOR TIMES OF CHANGE, we will talk about the different skills for the digital era, and what it is about being a “knowmad“.
We will also address a fundamental concept for organizations: “Intrapreneurship“, to be able to identify opportunities and innovate within organizations.

Virginia Genovesi
Virginia Genovesi is a certified coach from Marshall Goldsmith (USA) and has studied at Harvard (Boston), IMD (Europe), Rice University (USA), among others.
Virginia has 20 years of experience in Human Resources-related topics, with international experience in multinational companies, both regionally and globally. She was HR Director at Tenaris and has been part of the organizing team for TEDx Tenaris.
Currently, in addition to being a coach, she is a consultant and speaker on Talent and Digital Transformation, and a leader and mentor at Singularity University Argentina. She was a member of the Diversity Committee at Tenaris and is currently an Advisory Board member/mentor for organizations that promote women’s empowerment (FLOR, Voces Vitales, G100).
