Virginia Genovesi
Virginia Genovesi is a certified coach from Marshall Goldsmith (USA) and has studied at Harvard (Boston), IMD (Europe), Rice University (USA), among others.
Virginia has 20 years of experience in Human Resources-related topics, with international experience in multinational companies, both regionally and globally. She was HR Director at Tenaris and has been part of the organizing team for TEDx Tenaris.
Currently, in addition to being a coach, she is a consultant and speaker on Talent and Digital Transformation, and a leader and mentor at Singularity University Argentina.
She was a member of the Diversity Committee at Tenaris and is currently an Advisory Board member/mentor for organizations that promote women’s empowerment (FLOR, Voces Vitales, G100).
