Digital Culture
In the Second module, DIGITAL CULTURE, we will learn the fundamental axes of any Cultural Transformation, and the key elements for a successful process.
Data, customer at the center, agile processes, among others, added to an aligned and committed Top Management will, undoubtedly, pave the way.
Exponential Technologies
In the Third Module, EXPONENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES, we will go through different key technologies for an exponential world. These include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big data, Biotechnology, Genomics and Robotics.
Digital Mindset
In the Fourth Module, DIGITAL MINDSET, we will learn about a fundamental axis called BIASES which, by identifying and working on them, we will lead us to a broader and more diverse approach in the search for a digital mindset in these changing worlds.
Change Management in the Digital Era
In the Fifth Module, CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL AGE, we will end this First Part of the Digital Transformation Program and we will understand what are the success factors to achieve sustainable change over time.

Virginia Genovesi
Virginia Genovesi is a certified coach from Marshall Goldsmith (USA) and has studied at Harvard (Boston), IMD (Europe), Rice University (USA), among others.
Virginia has 20 years of experience in Human Resources-related topics, with international experience in multinational companies, both regionally and globally. She was HR Director at Tenaris and has been part of the organizing team for TEDx Tenaris.
Currently, in addition to being a coach, she is a consultant and speaker on Talent and Digital Transformation, and a leader and mentor at Singularity University Argentina. She was a member of the Diversity Committee at Tenaris and is currently an Advisory Board member/mentor for organizations that promote women’s empowerment (FLOR, Voces Vitales, G100).
